Maple Glazed Carrots - Large Family Portion!

Maple Glazed Carrots
  • 8 cups cooked baby carrots or sliced carrots
  • 6 Tbsp butter
  • 3/4 cup maple syrup (adjust, as needed)
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

After cooking carrots, drain. Stir in butter, maple syrup and pecans over very low heat until the butter is melted. Serves 10 (at least in our famly!)
